Credit and Refund Policy

In our effort to consider children and families that are enrolled in our programs, and also our staff and coaches, the following policies are active for credits and refunds:

• Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend a scheduled or make-up class.
• Refunds will not be issued for any promotions or discounts not applied at checkout.
• Should Soccer Shots find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after a deduction of the sessions already attended.
• No refunds will be issued after the 3rd scheduled session (class) of the season.
• All Seasons: Credits must be requested via email to csaldino@soccershots.com and will be processed into a parent/guardian’s Soccer Shots account. Credits can be used at any future site or season within our franchise's Soccer Shots territory and may be used for any child.
• Enrollment Fee - There is no refund of the enrollment fee that is charged once every school year.
• Failure to Attend - No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend a make-up class.
